Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we send you an email confirming the dispatch of your goods.

2. User-Uploaded Content (Copyright)
If you upload an image for a custom poster, you confirm that you hold the copyright or have the necessary permissions. You agree to indemnify EVOPOSTER against any legal costs, claims, or liabilities arising from your breach of intellectual property rights.

3. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for any indirect losses or damages. Our maximum liability to you shall be the price of the products purchased.

4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. However, as a consumer in the UK, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of British consumer law.
