REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, we offer the following terms regarding cancellations and returns:

1. Right to Cancel (Standard Products)
For non-customised metal posters, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods without giving any reason.

2. Exclusion for Customised Goods
Please note that the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised (e.g., posters printed with your uploaded images). These items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your metal poster arrives bent, scratched, or defective:

· Contact us at metal-poster@outlook.com within 30 days.

· Please provide photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.

· We will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping
If you are returning a standard item under the 14-day cooling-off period, you must cover the direct cost of returning the goods to our facility. We recommend using a tracked service.

5. Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or evidence that you have sent them back.
